Support Planning Cafes - We No Longer Run Support Planning Café's

         
What is a Support Planning Cafe?  
A Support Planning Cafe is somewhere you can meet other people who are doing a Support Plan.
You can share your ideas and experiences with other people who are in the Support Planning process. 
 
   
Who can come along?
People who are in the process of having their Support Plan put together, or are about to start their Support Plan.
Families and carers of someone who is having their Support Plan put together, or are about to start their Support Plan.
Friends and peers of someone who is having their Support Plan put together, or are about to start their Support Plan.
Support Planners who work alongside people to put together their Support Plan.
 
Where are they held? 
Burton Street Foundation - Burton Street, Hillsborough, Sheffield S6 2HH
        
Do I have to book?
No - you can just come a long to one of the Cafes. They are held on the first Tuesday of each month 3pm to 5pm.
You can stay as long as you want / need to - some people stay for the two hour session, other people come for just half an hour.
 
Is there a charge?
No - the Support Planning Cafes are free.
Josie and Jane give their time for free and Burton Street have kindly let us use their cafe facilities.
